Each object has its own form, function, and texture, which become an integral part of the creative process.
The process begins with a conversation and your story: your background, the material you choose, and the context in which the product will be used. All of this forms the basis for a carefully developed motif.
As a manufacturer, you can decide to just choose the motif and work with it yourself or with your design partners. However, I am also happy to support you as a private customer or company in finding the right companies for high-quality implementation and accompany you throughout the process.
Especially for the production of textile products such as scarves, shawls, and kimonos, I now work with trusted partners in Italy and offer the manufacture of these accessories as a personal edition starting at 50 pieces.
The development of a motif
The development of the motif begins with a detailed discussion: What is the design intended for? What are the requirements and what effect do you want to achieve? Should brand elements or lettering be integrated? Do you need an image file for your own use or a finished product? Once all questions have been clarified, the creative design process begins.
Preparation for implementation
When a motif is to be applied to a product—whether by screen printing, digital printing, or relief printing—technical aspects come into play in the creative process. To this end, I consult with the manufacturers in advance to discuss the necessary specifications for production.
The implementation
In the end, the artistic motif alone is only one component; good implementation is crucial for the overall effect. Whether it's accessories, clothing, labeling, or packaging, I oversee production to ensure quality. Focusing on details and working closely with experienced partners who understand and love their craft delivers the best results.
